Volunteer Jobs
- Make blankets.
- Be a drop point for Project Linus. Collect blankets and other donations from people in your area and keep them until SusanB can pick them up or you can take them to SusanB.
- Sew labels on blankets.
- Deliver blankets to hospitals and shelters. Note: volunteers do not get to see the children due to privacy concerns.
- Spread the word and get others involved. Church groups, schools, senior centers, craft guilds, and craft shops are all good places to find potential donors.
- Organize a yarn drive. This could be a project for a school, church group or scout troup. WHITE yarn is especially useful.
- Run errands.
- Request donations from businesses. Please check with SusanB before making requests, so we don't have multiple volunteers requesting donations from the same business.
